NKM Skincare Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NKM Skincare. If you are not, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as opened skincare products or sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nkmedico.in with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 8-9 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition may only be eligible for partial refunds.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

4. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@nkmedico.in.
