We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery destination. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹2500. This promotion is valid for standard shipping only and may exclude bulk orders or certain remote locations.
3. Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or bad weather.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real-time via our courier partner’s website.
5. Shipping Process
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
6. Delays and Issues
While we aim for timely deliveries, there may be situations beyond our control, such as:
- Unexpected Delays: Couriers may experience delays due to high demand or unexpected events.
- Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
- Customs and Duties: Although we ship only within India, customers should be aware of potential duties or fees based on their region, if applicable.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged Items: Please contact us at contact@nkmedico.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Packages: If you suspect your order is lost, reach out to us with your tracking number, and we will assist in locating your package.
8. Changes to Shipping Address
You can request a change to your shipping address as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

NK Medico Cosmetics is not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing the order.
